Chicago Hoagy Shop started with one simple idea: the sandwiches we grew up on in Chicago deserved to travel. Sweet steak with mild sauce. Cold cut Italiano piled high. A proper Chicago dog with sport peppers and neon relish. Real food, made the way it was meant to be made.

We built the truck ourselves, wrapped it in that unmistakable yellow and black, and pointed it north. Now we serve those same Chicago classics — plus a few Minneapolis originals — from parking lots, breweries, office plazas, and festivals across the Twin Cities.

Every hoagy is made-to-order. Every roll is fresh. Every pepperoncini gets exactly the same treatment it would in a South Side deli. We don't cut corners because our neighborhood back home wouldn't let us get away with it.
